Smart Supplementation Series of Free Literature About Dietary Supplements

Smart Supplementation™ is a free, ongoing series over 100 pieces of evidence-based, educational literature about the value of dietary supplements.  Offered as a public service, topics include:

  1. Vitamins

  2. Minerals

  3. Herbs

  4. Other nutraceuticals

  5. Medical conditions and supplements to help

  6. Fitness and supplements to help

Each piece of literature may be downloaded individually, or as an entire group (click on link above). If preferred, a free CD with all of the literature may be requested by e-mailing, faxing or calling HCHS:
