Intellectual Property Rights of the Student
Huntington College of Health Sciences (HCHS) owns all proprietary rights, including patent, copyright, trade secret, and trademark rights, to all HCHS materials provided in conjunction with enrollment and coursework. No portion of the materials may be copied or otherwise duplicated, nor may the matierials be distributed or transferred to any other person or entity. The matierials are for the use of the individual student in a HCHS course. Any other use of the matierials violates the enrollment. Intellectual Property rights in scholarly works belong to the faculty member or student who created the work, unless an agreement provides otherwise.
