Congratulations on your decision to apply for admission to one of the programs and/or courses offered at Huntington College of Health Sciences (HCHS). HCHS offers open enrollment year round. Interested applicants may apply,enroll, and begin a degree program at the college anytime. All applicants must submit the following to the Admissions Office: (1) A completed signed admissions application and a $75 non-refundable (except in the case of denial of admissions) application processing fee (2) Official transcript from each accredited (accredited by an accrediting agency recognized by the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA); or international equivalent) college or university attended regardless of whether a diploma was issued, or a high school diploma or equivalent if there is no prior completion of college/university courses. (a) To be considered official, transcripts must come directly from the registrar's office of the institution the applicant attends or has attended or from other appropriate official agencies. (b) Student copies will be accepted for application purposes; however, all credentials must be verified by official transcript to the college before a student is allowed to enroll in the second course. (3) Students must submit with their application a photo copy of a government issued photo I.D. (Examples: Driver's License, Passport) The application is valid for 30 days from the time of acceptance. If a student does not enroll within 30 days he/she will have to reapply for future enrollment. Once the admission applications displayed on your screen, print out a copy, complete the requested information and fax or mail back to HCHS per the directions accompanying the application. Denial of Admission An applicant may be denied admission if HCHS determines that the college is unable to meet the educational needs and objectives of the applicant.
